Users

The access and/or use of this portal and the download and/or use of the mobile application developed by GESVATEC attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access, download and/or use, the Conditions reflected herein. The Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.

Use of the Portal, Applications and Services

Gesvatec.com and the developed applications provide access to a multitude of information, services, contents, programs or data (hereinafter, "the contents" and/or "the services") on the Internet belonging to GESVATEC or its licensors to which the USER may have access.

The use of our Services may require the purchase or acquisition of a license, either through GESVATEC, or through our distributors. The purchase of the service is linked to the acceptance of the general contracting conditions. Until the payment is not verified, access to the Service will not be possible.

The use of our Services requires compatible devices, Internet access (subject to the rates that may be applied by the corresponding provider).   • Use the website and the information contained therein for commercial, political, advertising or any other commercial use, especially in the sending of unsolicited e-mails.

    Contents. Intellectual and industrial property

    GESVATEC owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website and mobile application, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: images, photographs, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by GESVATEC or its licensors.

    All rights reserved. Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, are expressly prohibited reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its mode of making available, all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of GESVATEC.     Geolocation

    The application may collect, use and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of the User's computer or mobile device, provided that the User authorizes it.     SSL security measures

    GESVATEC has contracted a SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") certificate for its website.
